Can you save a dollar a day now? A dollar a day will not build this amazing financial plan for you, but do you know what will? When I sit down with clients trying to build them a financial plan it is always intimidating to them how much they need to save over a lifetime. Then I break it down into daily savings amounts, "one dollar can you do that?" Usually, the answer is yes, okay how about two dollars or a coffee a day? What's that going to do for you? Once I show people the calculations, it's not as intimidating. You should have a plan to save a little bit a day to help build your financial plan. I had some clients, and with their pensions and adding everything up, three dollars a day for both of them built them quite a plan to make them retire early and live comfortably.
